There are a few key points we observe while searching for a suitable part for your vehicle, namely:

- Vehicle make
- The production year of your vehicle
- Chassis number of your vehicle
- The part you need (e.g. Brake Block) + if known Part Number

Below we explain in steps how our procedure proceeds.

Step 1:
You fill in the request form with all the important data we have indicated above + your personal data.

Step 2:
We receive your request and then start working for you as soon as possible to find the replacement part.

Step 3:
Once we have found the replacement part, we will send you a quote including all the information.

Step 4:
When you agree with the quote, we will send your the invoice (incl transport costs).

Step 5:
Once the payment is successfully completed. We will send you the part and you will receive a delivery date.
